Individual & Relationship Therapy

Therapy is an opportunity to be seen and heard, to find belonging, and to connect more deeply with ourselves. Therapy offers tools for each of us to redefine our experiences, reinterpret our systems and our relationships, and begin to cultivate a life that authentically serves us. Good therapy, even in an individual capacity, is a beautiful act of community care.

My aim is good therapy, which looks different for each client. My approach tends to resonate more fully with clients who have something of an existential lens, with heavy emphasis on finding and cultivating meaning.

Additional information for these services, including rates, are described on the FAQs page.

Consultation

A key part of being an effective human-centered professional is recognition of our own experience of the work: evaluating and developing not only our practices but also our patterns, understandings, and own growth edges.

I currently co-facilitating two in-person consultation groups for therapists with Tyler Witzig, each holding an experiential lens: a monthly peer learning group for mental health professionals, and a twice-monthly didactic group focused on the person of the therapist. Spots for these groups are currently full, please email with interest for a Fall group. Both groups meet in person and offer continuing education credits for LPCs and LCSWs.

Licensure supervision will become available in Fall 2025; individual case or professional consultation outside of the supervisory framework is available at a base rate of $75/hour. These conversations can range from practical knowledge - including clinical work, individual marketing, business start-up, organizational and human resource-related questions, - to more personal and value-driven development. Trades are accepted and encouraged for this type of consultation work.

Training & facilitation

Some of our best work takes shape when we collaborate. I am available for consultation around virtual and in-person training needs related to mental health in the workplace. My approach leans heavily on a community-first orientation, bridging elements of mindfulness and self-care practices, attachment-style management, and solution-focused communication skills.

Costs for training and facilitation varies, to be determined jointly; trades are also accepted and encouraged for this type of educating work.

Biblio-Group Therapy

Bibliotherapy groups are paused to allow space for a community project co-created with the Lindenwood Area Senior Ministries: a therapeutic book club for elder community members focusing on purpose, meaning, and life transition through the lens of “Let This Be the Time” by Janet Schaeffler, OP.

Bibliotherapy groups will resume in the Winter of 2025, title TBD. Groups will be limited to 6 members in order to better curate a space and opportunity for participants to offer and receive supportive, encouraging, and challenging feedback. Please email with interest or questions.
